WHAT'S ON TAP?

King of Troy

A light and refreshing lager made exclusively with German malt and noble hops. Finishes clean and crisp.

ABV: 5.6% / IBU: 20

Moonlite

Our cream ale built with Sugar Creek pilsner malt and a healthy load of flaked maize drinks incredibly light and clean. Modestly hopped, well carbonated, with a hint of sweetness. Extremely refreshing, perfect for summer.

ABV: 5.0% / IBU: 20

Viennese Mouth Music

A Vienna lager, where elegant and complex malt character is the star. The Weyermann Barke malts used in this brew contribute a unique depth of malt character, moderate toastiness with notes of honey and nuts without being overly sweet. As with any proper lager it is balanced with noble hops, and finishes relatively dry and clean.

ABV: 5.3% / IBU: 26

Galaxy DDH Cecil

This was our 20th batch of our mainstay Cecil IPA. Every 5th batch we’ve chosen to perform a second dry hopping with one different solo hop as opposed to our normal blend. This batch was a culminating event and called for something special so we chose an obscene amount of Galaxy hops.

ABV: 7% / IBU: 65

Bam Bam

Brewed with a variety of wheat and oats, this incredibly light juicy pale ale bursts with fruity flavors, an abundance of citrus aromas, and drinks super smooth. Generously hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra hops.

ABV: 5.0% / IBU: 40

Heady Realizations

An outstandingly juicy hazy double IPA providing a mind-blowing olfactory and gustatory experience. This 100% Sugar Creek malt supported beer is loaded with hefty additions of Mosaic, Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Galaxy hops. We hope you have a realization of your own whilst partaking.

ABV: 8.0% / IBU: 75

Hefczkowski

A traditional German Hefeweisen brewed from malted wheat and featuring yeast-derived notes of banana + clove. This easy drinking classic is sure to please.

ABV: 5.6%, IBU: 12

Into The Void

Our robust porter delivers strong notes of chocolate and roasted malt balanced with a slight touch of caramel.

ABV: 5.8% / IBU: 30

Bright Side of the Moon

An American stout given the breakfast treatment - oats, coffee, chocolate and maple syrup. We loaded this rich and roasty stout with Tinker Coffee's "Zing" blend, Colonial Rosewood and Grand Guayacan chocolates, cocoa nibs from Ghana and Ecuador, and Indiana maple syrup. We further pushed our flavor boundaries by resting this decadent creation on Tinker Coffee's "Bayardo Reyes" beans, more nibs from Ghana, and of course, more maple syrup.

ABV: 7% / IBU: 55
