DARK CZECH LAGER/ 16.9oz willi

Brewed in collaboration with Big Lug. We brewed this collab at their brewery last year and at our location this year. Kept the malt bill the same, but this version we did a decoction mash on our brewhouse. A love of classic styles that reach new audiences, this beer does just that with a glowing amber brown color and notes of chocolate, pumpernickel, and rye that finish crisp

and smooth.

IPL, whirlpooled and dry hopped with large amounts of Riwaka, Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson.  This beer greets you like an IPA in the nose, fruity and dank, drinks clean, crisp, and refreshing like a pilsner should, loaded with heavy hop flavors of citrus and ripe tropical fruit.

A German kellerpils featuring the finest Weyermann pilsner malt and classic German grown hops.  Featuring an invitingly floral nose bouquet with a hint of cracker.  It drinks incredibly clean, crisp and refreshing with a lovely hop presence.

Winner of the 2020 Great American Beer Festival gold medal and 2021 silver medal for Cream ale, and a gold medal at the 2022 Best of Craft Beer Awards, we present one of the best cream ales in the country. Built with local Indiana Sugar Creek pilsner malt and a healthy load of flaked maize, this beer drinks incredibly light and clean. Modestly hopped, well carbonated, with a hint of sweetness. Extremely refreshing, perfect for summer.

Hazy pale ale descended from our beloved Cecil.  This is a softer, more approachable, and refreshing take on the things you know and love from our mainstay IPA.  Cecilia is loaded with juicy, tropical aromas and flavors.

Our flagship IPA is made with 100% local Sugar Creek malt (Lebanon, IN) and oats.  This juicy number was inspired by our early pilgrimages to Vermont and features a nice, healthy haze with layers and layers of delicious hop character.

HAZY DIPA / 14oz teku

Double Hazy IPA Brewed with Pilsner malt, oats and a little bit of unmalted wheat. Hopped with our selected Citra Hops from Crosby, Freestyle Nelson, Freestyle Riwaka, Kohia Nelson Hopkief and Citra Hyperboost. Notes of Mango, Papaya, Lychee, Passion fruit sorbet, and dank citrus. 

 ABV:  8%

Resin Run   $7.50
WEST COAST IPA / 16.9oz teku

We give you our first, in a never ending series of exploration with West Coast IPA, Resin Run. Finishing dry hop touches were of Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic, Nectaron, and Citra Hyperboost. We were able to dry this one out very well which is giving it great refreshing drinkability.

 ABV:  7.6%

Our robust porter delivers strong notes of chocolate and roasted malt balanced with a slight touch of caramel.  A deliciously balanced, bold but refreshing dark beer.
