Cream Ale ABV: 5% IBU: 20 Winner of the 2020 Great American Beer Festival gold medal and 2021 silver medal for Cream ale, and a gold medal at the 2022 Best of Craft Beer Awards, we present one of the best cream ales in the country. Built with local Indiana Sugar Creek pilsner malt and a healthy load of flaked maize, this beer drinks incredibly light and clean. Modestly hopped, well carbonated, with a hint of sweetness. Decocted Helles ABV: 4.8% IBU: 17 Ah how we love making a Helles with Sugar Creek Malt Co.’s Edelweiss malt. This is the second collaborative offering from us and our friends at Pax Verum. We took a new take on a decocted Helles and we love it. We used Grüngeist in the whirlpool, at a rate a little heavy handed for a typical Helles, which has provided a nice subtle floral and fruity character. Kölsch ABV: 4.5% IBU: 25 We loved our Kölsch, Spring Mill, so much we wanted to make another one for this year. A different take this time, brewed with Weyermann Brewing Malt (Type Cologne) and hint of unmalted white wheat. Attenuated to crisp perfection with the help of the classic Cologne strain. Uber clean, delicately-balanced by noble hops, and that nice subtle fruitiness you expect from the style.
